MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US:

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy good.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods we will email you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not accept payment from you until we have processed your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Orders up to £100 may be sent by Royal Mail and delivery should be within 4 days however confirmed delivery times may not be available. If items are out of stock and delivery will be delayed, the customer will be notified. Orders over £100 will most likely be sent by Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If appropriate, orders under £100 may also be sent by Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
 
MODIFICATION:
TopGear Equestrian reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
